We work extremely hard to keep our package rates the cheapest in Key Largo whilst providing the best possible service. These prices are offered on the understanding that they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred. If you book a trip and then cancel during your stay, you will loose that portion of your package. Package trips do not have to be used consecutively and are valid for twelve months from date of purchase.
If Silent World cancels your dive due to weather or mechanical problems, you will be offered a suitable alternative, such as a rain check or a dive on another boat. In the event that your trip cannot be rescheduled, your package will be fully refunded and you will only be charged for dives completed.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel any dive trip. If you have reserved space on our boat with a credit card and fail to show, or cancel within 48 hours of the reservation, a CANCELLATION CHARGE OF $35 per person will be applied to your card. (Public Holiday weekends will be charged at full rate.) No refunds for 'Now Shows' after you have checked in and paid.
Dives canceled by Silent World due to weather or mechanical problems will be fully refunded.
Dive instruction reservations are secured with a $100 deposit per student, non-refundable within 24 hours of the start time of the class.

Weather & Seasickness
No refunds for seasickness. Our experienced and knowledgable captains will decide when sea conditions are too rough to run a trip. If you decide to cancel due to weather and we are still running, you will not be eligible for a refund. Make an informed decision before you book, check the weather channel to decide when to come to Key Largo and the NOAA website for up to the minute information during your stay.
