From Miami International Airport

Driving time is about an hour. As you exit Miami International Airport, take 826 West to the Florida Turnpike. Take the Turnpike south. Continue South until the Turnpike dead-ends at US 1, heading south. Continue South on US 1 through Florida City/Homestead. In a mile or so after exiting the Turnpike you leave the Florida City/Homestead area. You will very soon see the mile marker system used in the Keys for our addresses. The mile marker system will start at about mile 126 and decrease as you drive South. Silent World is at mile marker 106, or also 105952 US 1. We are on the right hand side of the road as you travel South, right next to the Chamber of Commerce and Subway in a strip mall called Plaza 106.

From Tampa

Driving time is about five hours. Take I 75 South for about two hours to State Road 951. This is the last Naples exit. This is also the last exit before Alligator Alley Toll Road. Turn right on State Road 951, continue South on 951 about 12 miles to US Highway 41. Turn left on 41 for about 83 miles to a traffic light at State Road 997. This 83 mile stretch is very scenic, going through the heart of the Everglades. About six miles past Gator Park, at a traffic light, turn right on State Road 997. Follow 997 for about 20 miles through Homestead until it dead-ends at US 1. Turn right on US 1. In a mile or so, you will see the mile marker system used in the Keys for our addresses. From Orlando

Driving time is about five hours. Get on the Florida Turnpike heading South. As you near Miami, the Turnpike becomes the Turnpike Extension. The Turnpike Extension then heads West for a while to bypass Miami, then it takes a southerly heading again. Continue South for about an hour until the Turnpike Extension dead-ends at US 1, heading South. Continue South on US 1 through Florida City/Homestead.
