Trip Ticket Refund

No refunds – Trip tickets are good forever.

Group Refunds

For groups of 6 or more, we will take a 50% deposit to hold your spaces, we require a seven (7) day cancellation notification if you wish to cancel your reservations and the deposit is non-refundable for short-notice cancellations. A full refund will apply if we cancel the trip due to extenuating circumstances.

Retail Refund Policy

We require a forty eight (48) hour cancellation for all reservations for a full refund. Reservations cancelled between 24 to 48 hours prior to departure will be charged a $25.00 booking fee. All no shows, no calls will be charged the regular dive rate. A full refund will apply if we cancel the trip due to extenuating circumstances.
